helping you find clarity on

Should you
stay or go?

My signature coaching method is tailored to expats who feel stuck and alone trying to make a messy decision with a lot of parts to it. I help my clients feel absolutely confident about making the right decision and at ease about their future.

Hi, I'm Katherine!

I’m a former serial expat of 15 years, an Adult Third Culture Kid and a repat since May 2020.

The truth is that I’ve been where you’re at for far longer than was necessary but I’ve come out the other side more at peace than ever. You see, prior to repatriation I spent YEARS agonizing over whether I should stay or go (and if so, where).

The worst part about it? I didn’t have anyone unbiased to talk to who could help me understand where all of this was going. So I simply continued to go around in circles in my head. That’s until I took matters into my own hands and created a process that later turned into my signature coaching method.

Lucky for you, you won’t have to figure things out all on your own because I’ve put together my professional expertise, personal experience and insights into a step-by-step process that brings you clarity and helps you make a decision that will make life feel both secure and full of possibilities again.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

This was exactly what I needed! I didn't realize that I don't have to worry about where my life is headed if I'm really enjoying my life abroad. There's no need for "you should do this or that" if that thing doesn't make sense to me.

Expat
I would've liked to have found you earlier! You've made me realise that it's okay to not love every single moment of expat life, and that sometimes the best decision is to repatriate - and that that's not a failure!
